"Instant settlement" usually means same-day or next-hour funding (Stripe Instant Payouts, Square Instant Transfer, etc.) for a fee. Worth it if cash flow is tight; not worth it if you're settling weekly already. I'll tell you which lever applies to your processor.
9 out of 10 PayPal "stuck" issues are: unverified business info, mismatched bank routing, IPN/webhook silently failing, or limited-account flag. Each has a 10-minute fix once you know which one.
For solo operators in San Diego: ChatGPT or Claude for the brain, Zapier or Make for plumbing, a CRM you'll open daily, and one custom script for the part that's unique to you. That's the whole stack — anyone selling more is selling, not solving.
