Life Helper
Errands, pickups, returns, small tech fixes, admin, food coordination, and bill sanity checks for Solana Beach households. Text once, or get a weekly rhythm.

No app, no retainer games, local onlyRough numbers are fine. Nothing is sent anywhere, this runs in your browser.
One local operator handles the small things that make a household expensive and annoying to run. You text the list. I tell you what it costs. If it is useful, I do it.
This is not an app. It is local help with a price before the work starts.
Simple task, pickup, return, form, device fix, bill question, or "can you figure this out?" Text it. If it is local and concrete, it gets priced before work starts.
Groceries, pharmacy, returns, kid gear, hardware, dry cleaning, office supplies. When several households need the same loop, everyone pays less.
Food pickup and coordination now. Prepared meals only after the permit or kitchen path is settled. No mystery markup and no pretending around the regulated line.
The pilot
$99 a month
$99 buys the local access and rhythm. Work is billed as used: $35 for a simple task, $75 for a multi-stop errand loop, $175 for a household admin block, $250 for a solar and bill sanity check.
Fifteen Solana Beach households, then the list closes. That is what one person can serve without turning this into a generic marketplace. Month to month, cancel by text.
Solana Beach first. Cardiff by the Sea only when it fits the route. Encinitas waitlist, no promises.
Text a $35 task Call insteadRestaurant delivery is expensive because every order travels alone. The first paid version is pickup and coordination. Prepared food waits for the permit or kitchen path.
Six short car trips a week, none of them long enough to matter, all of them long enough to eat an evening. One batched loop replaces the trips and the parking.
Weekday power between 4pm and 9pm is the most expensive you buy all week. Moving the dryer and dishwasher outside that window costs nothing and most people have never been told.
San Diego Community Power runs residential battery programs that pay for discharging during the weekday 4pm to 9pm window. If you already have a battery, that is worth checking before you spend anything else. If you do not have one, I will tell you honestly whether adding one pencils out for your bill, and if the answer is no you will not owe me for the answer.
You can try one simple task for $35 before joining. If you want ongoing access, the membership is $99 a month and task work is still priced before it starts.
If an installer pays me a referral fee, you will see that in writing before you decide anything. If solar plus battery would not lower your bill, I will say so and there is nothing further to buy.
Text me a question before you commit to anything. That is the normal way this starts.
Start here
One task, one price, no membership. This is how almost everyone starts, and plenty of people never do anything else.
A return, a pickup, a prescription, a package that needs a printed label, wifi that drops in the back bedroom, a form nobody wants to fill out. If you are not sure it counts, it counts.
Roughly where it starts and where it ends up. Cross streets are plenty, no addresses needed until it is actually happening.
Today, this week, or whenever it suits. Most simple tasks happen same day or next.
A photo helps if there is a label, a part number, a router, or a form involved. Send one if you have it, skip it if you do not.
I will text back a yes or no and the price before anything starts. If it is bigger than $35 I will say so first, and you can decide then.
Text a $35 task Ask firstSolana Beach first, including Fletcher Cove, Cedros, and Eden Gardens. Cardiff by the Sea when it fits the route that day. Encinitas is a waitlist with no date attached, and I will hold you a spot at no charge.
Food means pickup and coordination. Collecting an order is an errand and I do it today. Cooking and selling prepared meals waits on the permit path, and I will not pretend otherwise.
Membership is $99 a month for local access. It buys your slot on the weekly route, text coordination, priority when the day fills up, and a bill sanity check each quarter.
It is not a labor allowance. Task work stays priced the same whether you are a member or not, and you will always know the number before I start. The membership buys access and rhythm, not unlimited hours.
Fifteen households, then the list closes. Month to month, cancel by text. There is no reason to join before a first task has told you whether this is useful.
Pharmacy pickup, returns, grocery fill-ins, food pickup, package drops, and small local tasks.
A weekly route map for fewer one-off drives when errands, delivery, and food costs start feeling noisy.
A plain-English read on usage, credits, rate plans, battery timing, and the next question to ask.
