Operator-honest

This is not a revenue dashboard yet. SideGuy is mid-2025-build. The metrics published here are shipping receipts (commits, pages, doctrines, AI-agent traffic) not revenue receipts (MRR, ARR, customers).

Revenue is what the install packs convert. Shipping is what makes the install packs trustworthy. Both will get published when both exist.

If you're an operator running on the same physics — boring infra, transparent metrics, no deck — text PJ. The peer group is small.
