Compliance vendors don't run classic affiliate programs (drop-link-and-track-clicks). They run customer referral programs and partner programs where the referrer (SideGuy) submits a buyer for a discount, and gets paid on close.
It's the StubHub model applied to professional software: buyer comes through Text PJ, PJ vets the match, PJ submits the referral via vendor portal, vendor closes the deal, SideGuy gets a referral fee. Every step preserves operator-honest framing.
