01Why this matters

I keep estimating char counts instead of counting them. UNACCEPTABLE pattern. New mandatory step: before delivering ANY LinkedIn or X post, ACTUALLY count the characters with python3 -c "s='...'; print(len(s))" and report the count to PJ. Never claim "~1,400 chars" — claim the exact count or don't claim anything.
