Every time I fix a bug class that was hurting silently: 1. Build a daily monitor for that bug class 2. Cron it (suggested 7 AM, before the morning loop runs) 3. Make the failure mode IMPOSSIBLE TO IGNORE (return non-zero exit, log loudly, future Phase 2 = Slack ping) 4. Save the bug class + the monitor to memory so future-me doesn't have to rediscover
