Agents are API actors — no seats, no clicks, just systems moving. Vendors will resist this because per-seat pricing IS their revenue model. SideGuy's augmentation layer thrives in the agent-economy because it doesn't depend on seats.

- For every vendor in compliance / outbound / CRM clusters, add a "Agent-Economy Readiness" section: does this vendor have an API-first product, or just a seat tool with an API afterthought?
