PJ-blessed architecture rule 2026-05-11 evening (post-Round-38). Every page on SideGuy is no longer a "place buyers go to read" — it's a node in a semantic graph that AI engines parse, cross-reference, and cite. Each node should reinforce entities, topology, comparisons, substrates, and retrieval structure. Design pages for the graph, not the visitor.
After Round 38 (Vendor Profile Engine landed 235 entity pages), the page graph became too dense for human reading patterns to be the design constraint. 47K+ URLs · 9-cluster cross-overlap on Drata + Vanta · semantic saturation emerging.
Read the doctrine. Apply it on the next ship cycle.
After ~264 pages shipped today, SideGuy is now a SEMANTIC GRAPH first and a website second. Every future build decision should optimize the graph, not the human reading experience. Humans still get great UX (Light Ocean, mobile-responsive, fast static HTML) — but that's a side effect, not the goal.
"I'm almost positive I can help. If I can't, you don't pay."
