If you have 15 minutes
- Coffee: Achilles Coffee Roasters, Suite 501. Espresso, pour-over and single-origin coffee. Its own page says it's "in the heart of the Beachwalk Center," with outdoor seating and some rooftop tables.
- Juice or a smoothie: Choice Juicery. Cold-pressed juice, smoothies, acai bowls and wellness shots.
- Drop off dry cleaning: Wash 101 Dry Cleaners. Laundry, dry cleaning and alterations.
If you have 30 minutes
- Breakfast: Achilles' menu lists scrambles, burritos, French toast, pancakes and waffles, with gluten-free and dairy-free options.

- The beach: Fletcher Cove Beach Park is at 111 S Sierra Ave. Achilles describes the center as within walking distance of the beach and the Coaster station. We didn't measure the walk, so check your map.

If you live nearby and have a garage or driveway outlet, home charging on the right SDG&E plan is usually the cheap baseline, and the Supercharger is for top-ups and road days. The sourced home number:
