Why a page and not a templated DM

You built the platform that defined what "the workflow layer between humans and the systems they're paying for" actually looks like at enterprise scale. A copy-paste DM from me — to you — would have been the most embarrassing possible reach. The page IS the craft for what I do, so I built you one instead. Three reasons, all small. One — you live a few miles up the coast and Bow is our mutual; this isn't a cold reach to a stranger, it's a neighbor-to-neighbor note. Two — operators who actually built the lane are the rarest possible audience to read this kind of thing as a craft move and not as cringe. You're that profile.
