Why a page and not a long DM

You're 3-4 hours a day inside AI tools. You don't need me to pitch you on AI. You'd see a generic "I noticed you" DM coming from a mile away โ€” that's not the move for someone who's already further into this than 95% of brokers I've talked to. So I built you a page, because the lane I work in is "the message becomes the artifact." That's the whole craft.

That's not a tool problem. That's a translation problem. The tool is fine; the question is whether the operator running it knows which question to ask first, which inputs actually move the model, which reply needs human judgment vs. a fast pass. Why I'm reaching out

Two reasons. One โ€” operators who can answer "financial modeling, excel, email reply" instead of "I dunno, ChatGPT?" are the rarest profile in any vertical, and they're the ones who actually get what SideGuy is. You're that profile in real estate. Two โ€” the financial-modeling lane specifically is where I think there's a real conversation to have. Not "let me sell you a tool." More: which model is genuinely better for a vacation-rental P&L vs. a luxury-resale comp pull vs. a multifamily UW package, and how do you stop bouncing between them every 20 minutes.
