Can you integrate with Procore / Buildertrend / Sage 300?
Yes. All three have APIs. Procore's is the cleanest. Sage 300 takes more work but doable. Tell me which ones you're on and I'll tell you what's possible.
How long does a custom dashboard take?
A single focused dashboard — usually 1 to 3 weeks from first conversation to working tool. Not 6 months. Not a "Phase 1."
What does this cost vs. hiring an enterprise consultant?
Typically 10-20% of what a firm would charge. I'm one person with no overhead. I also tell you when a $30/month SaaS already does what you need.
Will my PMs and superintendents actually use it?
If it saves them time, yes. If it adds data entry, no. I build around existing workflows — the tool reads from what they're already doing.
Do I need to rip out Procore?
No. Procore is fine. It just doesn't do everything. I build what lives next to it.
