"How it works" โ€” 3-step scaffold

The original homepage had a "Clarity Before Cost" pricing band but no step-by-step "what actually happens." Added a three-step strip showing the real flow: (1) Tell PJ in one text. (2) Get a sanity check (free). (3) If worth building, ship in 3-7 days.

Closer line: "Compare that to a 6-week SaaS sales cycle that ends in a 12-month contract."

The hardest comment was "no case studies." Fix: stop hiding the receipts. Added a section with 6 named, linkable proof items โ€” Bob Visotcky's reply, Bill Gerber's custom omg-optical shareable, Robert Brown's UW vacation rental shareable, Cardiff $2.8M listing read, the 19,800 GSC index recovery, and a "browse all 153 shareables" card.
