Big platforms make money from what their users know. We'd rather pay you. SideGuy's local pages are built from official data, and neighbors are the fastest way to keep them true. If you spot something wrong or missing and it changes a page, you get $5.
What counts
- A place that closed, moved or just opened.
- A wrong phone number, address, hours or price.
- A dead link, or a rule that changed (with where you saw it).
- Something missing that belongs on a page: a new restaurant, a new senior program, a new cool zone.
How it works
- Text PJ the page and the fix. A photo or a link to the source helps.
- PJ checks it against the official source or in person.
- If it changes the page, you get $5 by Venmo or Zelle within a week. First person to report a fix gets it; up to $25 a person a month to start.
- It goes in the public fix log below. Your first name or town is shown only if you say so.
Not paid: reviews or opinions, anything a business pays you to say, and changes we already have. We never pay for reviews, anywhere.
