What the price means for you
- It's the price Medicare drug plans pay, which the law calls the "maximum fair price." What you pay at the pharmacy depends on your plan. CMS estimates the 15 new prices save people on Medicare $685 million in out-of-pocket savings in 2027 under the standard benefit.
