• Your doctors and the pharmacy you use
• Every prescription, with the dose and how often you take it (the list below)

• HICAP, California's free Medicare counseling: 1-800-434-0222. It doesn't sell plans.
• Medicare: 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227), 24 hours a day.
• Signing in to Medicare.gov uses Login.gov, ID.me or CLEAR. Stuck there? Sign-in help.
• Medicare won't call asking for your Medicare Number unless you gave permission first. A cold call pushing a plan is a red flag.
