What you can do in Open Enrollment

  • Join, drop or switch Medicare Advantage plans, with or without drug coverage.
  • Go back to Original Medicare from a Medicare Advantage plan, or move from Original Medicare to Medicare Advantage.
  • Join, switch or drop a Part D drug plan.

Do nothing and your current plan generally continues, with whatever changes it announced for 2027.

Bring this to the call

  1. Your Medicare card and your current plan's card.
  2. Every prescription, with the dose and how often you take it.
  3. Your doctors and the pharmacy you use.
  4. Your plan's Annual Notice of Change for 2027, the letter that lists what's changing.
