- Forgot the password: go to the password reset page, enter the email on the account, and follow the link in the email Spotify sends.
- The reset email never came: Spotify says check your spam or junk folders.
- "No account associated with your email": try any other email you might have used. Spotify: "There are a few ways to sign up, ex. with email, phone number, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these to find your account."
- You can't get into that email anymore: you need the email to open the reset link. Spotify's options: "Try to regain access to the old email address if possible" or "Create a new Spotify account and start fresh."
