1. Check your location. In the YouTube TV app, select Location and look at "Home Area" and "Current playback location." Your home area is your home zip code; the playback area is where you are right now.
2. Wrong playback area? In the TV app: Location, then Current Playback Area. On your phone, go to tv.youtube.com/verify and allow location access.
3. Power cycle the TV: hold the power button to turn it off, wait 30 seconds, restart.
4. Power cycle the router: unplug it, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in.
5. Update the TV's system software and the YouTube TV app.
6. Uninstall and reinstall the YouTube TV app, then sign in again.
7. Test another app. If it fails too, Google says contact the TV's maker.

Open the TV's network settings and look at the network name. If it isn't your home Wi-Fi (the name on your router), switch it to your home network and enter that password. Then run Google's location check above again, since YouTube TV decides what you can watch from your location.
