Start with the route.
The software's usually fine. It's the route that's wrong. The SOC 2 questionnaire that stalled the deal. The Stripe webhook that died at 2am. The workflow nobody owns. I find the path, wire the humans, and stick around after the invoice clears. You can go at it without a SideGuy. I don't recommend it.
